So over Easter on the telly we've got new Red Dwarf (looks more promising than I dared hope) and new Doctor Who to look forward to.

Then the following month Abram's Star Trek in cinemas. Love this TV spot:

I'm still deciding where I show go see Star Trek. The IMAX could be cool or it could be very distracting. Considering I am prepared to be ambivalent about the film (I'm a very BIG fan of the Original Series so I can't help to be prejudiced about JJ's take, because he is not a fan) I don't know what will be best - though I'd like to watch it with fans.

I haven't read reviews yet. A friend of mine saw the first 20 minutes of so of Star Trek some months ago and she said it was greta, but she is not a fan either. I don't know. I'm torn.
