This Weekend Rocked
So Friday night I went to 's because it was a friend's birthday. This started the whole great weekend that followed. So my friend had a bad birthday day the day before and was quite upset. I know how it feels to have a bad birthday. I am happy to report that I was able to help make it a much better birthday for her. Went to her place Friday and hung out and watched a movie, though, even though it was supposed to be a scary movie, I've not found 1 to scare me in years!
Anyhow, she invited me back over Saturday night for dinner and a movie. Now, let me just say this right now, this girl is a professional chef and she absolutely loves her job and it shows when she's int eh kitchen and you can taste it in the food she cooks. OMFG does it show!
But you know, I missed my Bells this weekend too, so I think if this is going to continue, which I hope it does, I need to bring the puppy with me. Besides, there's a huge park across from her place and Bella would have a blast playing out there.
So what does this mean? To be honest, right now, I'm not entirely sure. But you know, they say when you're not looking for something is when it shows up and I've not been looking for quite sometime now, what, like, 3 years now I think. Taking this slow and steady, no reason to rush.
On a lighter note, I'm going to be Dj'ing Wed. Sept 17th at Number's for the Synth Night 2 Year Anniversary Party with Dj Sproket and you all should come because it's going to be a blast! Be prepared to hear some killer tracks, some of which you may not have had the pleasure to hear yet! I've got some other dates coming up as well and I'll post them soon, 1 of them is 1, I'm sure some of you may think was unlikely to ever happen. ;)
