yesterday i finally got back in the kitchen at my new job. it was great getting out of the house & being able to test some recipes out. on top of that, i found out a few interesting things from my chef

T.I. gets a lot of respect from me just because he wants to make sure other youths don't end up like him and even being humble about it. Anyway. It sounds sorta like the Chef Jeff Project. You've seen that show on Food Network? Someone like Chef Jeff really puts things into perspective as far as achieving your goals no matter where you came from.

i've seen that show a couple times. actually, was it a series or a one time deal? i just saw a commercial for the documentary & T.I. looks to be helping 6 other people as well. pretty cool.
