Stuff
So, for the first time since I started my lj I have changed my userpic. Partly because I think there are some of you that have no idea what I look like, but mostly because I wanted to show I can still look good at 8 months pregnant ;p
So I'm due 7 weeks from yesterday which = reality setting in. I can see 7 weeks from now in my minds eye and have definitely reached that "wtf I'm going to be someones MOM???" stage. Over the last few days I've also begun to understand why by the end of their pregnancies women are just ready for it to be over. My ankles look like grapefruits, I'm in the bathroom every 10 minutes, I walk slower than my grandmother and I have heartburn that could rival the flames of hell. But, I still look good!! *see pic* ;p The one thing I'm really going to miss is seeing my stomach move around...it's absolutely mesmerizing and I love to watch it. The baby has gotten big enough now that I can kind of poke around and try to make out little hands, feet, elbows and knees.
I am finally able to say that Chris will be home "next month". Just have no idea when. :(
My last day of work is supposed to be August 22nd, and I am taking off until November 2. I CAN'T WAIT.
I thought I had more to write about, but I don't remember any of it now.
