I wasn't around much as of lately (yea last half year or so)
The usual shit, work real life and so on.
I still owe you and the net a ton of playlists that I'm not sure of ever posting but it was good stuff as usual :-)
But that's not really the reason of this posting.
The older I get the more I realize that pretty much everyone is influenced in there decisions by other peoples more or less valid opinions.
But somehow that never worked for me. I never gave a flying shit about what's the hip thing/view/whatever.
Well most of you will have noticed 4th of July, damn only one week to go 'till his birthday (oh no, not again!) but I asure you it's not the usual once a year reflecting over life thing 'cause there's nothing to reflect about.
I'm still the same old egocentric with a bunch od beautiful and completely nutcase friends who likes his music loaud, his whiskey straight and his sex partners kinky.
So no complains from me this year it looks like I finally accepted that people in general are dumb and they don't want it any other way.
But there's this one thing that I just can't wrap my mind around at why the hack do feel people feel the need to play along?
It's not so hard to be just yourself and don't give a shit!
The day I stop doing whatever I want for the sake of the zombies that day I gladly put a bullet in my own head.
I'm never pretending to like someone I don't like.
I'll never agree with someone just for keeping the peace.
What's the point?
Everybody is born alone and dies alone but for the time in between there's only will against world.
Life is a game and a fight but that's what makes it something more then just a waste of time.
No one wins it and in the end we're all dead butt that doesn't matter. It's all about how one plays and I will never stop playing as
hard as I can.
It's hard to be yourself but it's a lot harder to pretend to be someone else.
Be kind when you can be a bastard when you have to but have fun along the ride 'couse the end will come on itself and always remember you yourself know best what's best for you.
