Coz its been so long
37 weeks since my last posting, wow, thats a long ass time.
Well ive just got back from a week long vacation in Canada, was so good to be back.
However, i have come back to a dissertation that needs to be done in 3weeks, as well as a 2500 word (thats about 10pages for the american/canadian readers) paper. needless to say this is gona be a rough couple of weeks. that and i need a job desperately. which is all well and good apart from the lack of jobs in england at the moment lol. ah well, dont u just love economic collapses?
On a lighter note i watched Wall-E last night, and i'll be honest, it absolutely blew me away. probably the best disney film ive seen in a LONG time. Disney should just let pixar do all their movies from now on, coz i cant see them doing anything that is annimated in the traditional style that will come close to Wall-E
That and i watched the newest trailer for Watchmen. The first teaser has the hairs standing up on the back of my neck. this newest one left me dissapointed. this is, as the trailer highlights, "the most celebrated graphic novel of all time", so why then does the movie feel like it might be "the most mediocre comicbook movie of all time"?
I will try and reserve judgement till next summer. besides, if it sucks, at least i will have the comedy relief of the butchery that will be the new Star Trek film.
