Yeah, so I lied, I never got around to that post earlier this week. Get over it! Not only that, but it's raining like a motherfucker out. Pour rain, pour! Anyways, moving on from my late-night induced ranting ( Read more... )

Personally, I think it's just the state, move from Mass. ^_~ One of my friends is dating a girl from up there and she's definitly a piece of work. Even he thinks so, but he's not one to walk away from anyone/thing. Though I'm sure you'll find those kind of people everywhere, maybe all you need is a little change and a fresh start.

Here's to hoping things get better.

Thanks for the outside-Mass advice. don't worry, I plan on moving soon than many probably think. The better for us all, I think; they don't have to listen to me bitch about how stupid they are, and I don't have to worry about two-faced friends and losers.

Canada here I come.

Miami's definitely on my short list, which also includes Oshawa, Ontario and New York City.

Okay, so I just thought I would pipe in here and make a point: you cannot base your ideas about the people of a nation on your friend's "piece of work" girlfriend who just happens to be from Canada. We aren't all the same, and as you said, you're going to find both good and bad people everywhere you go.

And Nick, there are a lot of really great schools out here that are definitely worth checking out. The only thing you really have to worry about coming here from the States is passive-aggressive abuse from Canadians like me about being an American...

Haha, no no, she was referring to a friend who was dating someone from Mass, not Canada. I know, it was worded vague, just didn't want you thinkin' I dislike Canadians!

By the way though, I was looking at Durham College over in Ontario, close to Oshawa where a buncha people I know live. Might be a serious consideration next year, but I'll wait and see! From the people I know up there, they're a helluva lot better than some I know down here. They don't call the people from this state "Massholes" for nothing!
