Dear Transport For London
I ordered a 1/2 Zone Travelcard to be added to my Oyster card only to be told TWO WEEKS LATER that it hasn't been added for some mysterious reason! It was supposed to be uploaded from Greenwich even though I travelled to and from Greenwich on many occasions! In the meantime I'm been travelling around and racking up a huge cost on my PAYG Oyster. I would like a refund please!
To add insult to injury the link at the bottom of the email I recieved stated:
"Please do not reply to this message. Replies to this message are routed to an unmonitored mailbox. If you would like to contact us, please click here for more information."
The link pointed to:
https://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/contact/oyster/default.aspx which in turn redirected to a 404 ERROR
http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/error/default.asp?404 PLEASE FIX YOUR CRAPPY SYSTEM.
