Went for my first Hash last saturday... This time it was in Ubud. Started at 4.00pm, we walked through uphills, down stairs, through rice padi fields, crossed rivers, crossed bamboo bridges, up stairs, down slopes... seen the natural forest, vegetation, farmers working on their padi fields, cows, balinese girls with nice boobs showering in the river, village kids smiling and waving at us and shouting "helloooooo~", roosters running around...

I went for the long trip straight away, which to my opinion is worth it because it is more challenging. But having not been exercising for so long my thighs and calf muscles almost gave way during the last 1km.... The whole trip was around 6km.

At the end of the walk there is free flow of mineral water, beer and soft drinks for consumption at your free will.

I slept real early for the past 2 nights...

So here i am with stiff thighs... but it feels real good to get my heart pumping again!
