I was sitting on the couch one evening with my dad and we were flipping through the tv channels. We hit VH1 and _The Surreal Life_ was on. My dad turned to me and said, "I think I've seen this before. Doesn't this have the lady with the pneumatic breasts?"
I turned to dad and said, "Huh?"
"The lady with the pneumatic breasts," dad said.
"Huh?" I intoned again.
"You know, large." Dad said.
"Oh!" I said, "That's what it means. I was wondering how her breasts could have pneumonia."
I turned to dad and said, "Huh?"
