Where the hell is my arrete? I want to know where I am going in September. I really really hate not knowing--and I hate not being able to start the visa work. (Well, actually, I have printed the visa stuff out but it is all in French so I'm avoiding it. Yeck.)
I could be in Bonneville, Privas, Valence, Grenoble, Chambery, or Annecy. I think I want Annecy because it is up in the mountains and the town center was built in the 12th century--but I don't know! I'm practically stalking the mailman because I want my arrete.
