Happy 2011!
Happy new year y'all! 1/1/11! 2010 was pretty good to me, what with the "moving out of Missouri" thing and the "trying out this self-employed thing" thing. Let's hope I can keep it going through 2011! Because goodness gracious I like drawing every day and calling it work (and getting paid for it).
Speaking of work, did y'all know I have new items in my shop? Anthony and Blanche charms. They're super cute. I also have nixie medallions on the way. I did something fancy with translucent enamel that I hope I'm not going to regret. I also sent the first book of Exchanges off to the printer and should be getting that sometime soon. I already know I'm going to have to revise it before I can start selling it, but it's still a start.
Things I Want To Do In January
• Get Heartaches to the Printer
• Finish the first Monster Bones Project (it's 3/8ths done right now wooo)
• Finish Orange Octopus submission
• Thumbnail a substantial part of Hello, Goodbye
• Get at least a couple pages done of Hello, Goodbye before I gotta post them
• Start a Monster Bones website
• Make a list of cons I want to go to and figure out if I want to go to them and start planning my life farther ahead than a week at a time, damn
Things I want to do TODAY (aka DAMN SON CLEAN THIS APARTMENT)
• Laundry
• Dishes
• Vacuum
• Cat box
• Clean bathroom
• Put the flippin' books back on their shelves
• Walgreens
• fuck
• yeah
• Uh
• TF2?
