[A few minutes later, a skinny, deep-eyed figure clears the last set of crumbling stairs to the roof. Discedo lay out below them in its shadowy, broken splendor, its harsh lines obscured by the night. Shinji stops to stare up at the moons for a moment, before glancing around for Dizzy.]

[She waits patiently for Shinji to arrive remaining hidden within the shadows of the night leaning against the wall. Hearing Shinji's voice, Dizzy lifts her head towards him.]
Ah--
[Dizzy begins stepping from the shadows to the moon's ray, both hands together on her lap staring down at the floor.]

[He catches that tiny sound from the sea of Discedo's night and turns toward it. The girl's form is eclipsed in shadow for a moment, before he puzzles out the familiar lines of her form against the wall. He strides over to her, a bit hesitant, his own hands jammed into his coat pockets.]
Hey. You sound kinda.. uh, nervous. It's not a big deal. I'm not gonna--yell or anything, if you don't get it right.
[Her nervous and gentle demeanor makes him think of someone--a bit of a sad look creeps into his eyes, but he pushes it out.]
You could change your mind. But, I think you'll do all right. So. Up to you.

Lets do it, then. First I'll show you some good blocking moves. If you've got a strong defense, you could get outta a bad situation without even needing anything else.
[Shinji positions his arms in a few positions in front of his face, or guarding his chest.]
Here. Take a little swing at me, I'll show you how I block. Then you can try.
I'll head over. I'm at the bar, but I'm finished up. Kinda tough working in the dark.
So. Keep me company while I go, eh?
Is it the crazy house over there, or are they playing nice tonight?
