I'm starting to think that joining a convent, as I once jokingly told my roommate is not the direction my life will be taking. Although Matt and I are not officially dating at the moment, I think we're on the very brink of it.
He called me on the phone last night and after another two hour conversation he confessed. "Well if you haven't noticed, I really like you." I was literally stunned into silence. He quickly backtracked. "I mean I don't want to put any pressure on you, and I don't want to force you into doing something that you don't want to do. I realize that a long distance relationship may not be best for you." I finally manage to choke out, "I think that was Jenny's concern" (Matt's been getting all his information about my feelings from our mutual friend Jenny....yes I am a coward!) "So I take it that means you like me back?" asks Matt. "Well, uh...yeah." I mumble. "
