Since working at Spaghetti Factory I have gone from worrying where I was going to car payment and rent money to buying a bra online just because I liked it (And it was on super cheapy sale). Nevertheless I have roughly 1,000 more in the back than I ever did at Disney or as a nanny, which is great.
However. This July I need to pay for car insurance, and that costs a ton, and also in July I need to pay for For-Real college tuition, which now costs a fuck-ton (They just raised the tuition by 10%, making it a nice round $1900 or so). Now you may be thinking, that's not so bad. Less than 2 grand for college? And In return I scream at you, "What are you talking about?! That's so much! I've never spent that much money on one thing at one time in my life!!!" and then I promptly hyperventilate and pass out.
The other big issue is that going to For-Realsy college I guess it demands more attention than just going to class and reading comic books during the lecture and stalling to bullshit a final paper. So, I need to cut hours at work to be a for-realsy student. That is beyond scary to me. I have never put school before work. It's always been the other way around. And the only time I ever call in to work is when I'm sick or just need a boyfriend day.
What to do with my little pile of money I have groveled for? Slaved and kissed spaghetti-eating ass for? I will give it to insurance and college peeps and pray I have enough for rent and car.
