Looking up
Okay, so at this point I'll just say that things probably won't get a whole lot worse. I'm sick. I worked the dumb back to back shift last night and this morning. My truck is broken. It turns out that my PI bonus from BB won't go through until Dec. 10th. And, I have to work a 15hr day tomorrow. Oh goody.
My truck will still run, but with a bad fuel pump, I certainly won't be going anywhere very fast. They want to charge me $940 for parts and labor, so I'll be nursing my baby for a while. I'm keeping with my planned 65 hours of work this week. Next week I still only get Thanksgiving off. The day after will be a riot. Literally. I get to open the 'early bird' BB special. It'll be something stupid like 4 in the freakin' morning to get everything ready.
Well, at least I get to game all weekend. Carbondale Friday night, Springfield event Saturday night, and hopefully Paducah on Sunday night.
I can't wait to get back to my Assamite, Ezra. He rocks! He's got some ass kicking to do in Paducah I think. Maybe he'll just go there to reunite with his former merc captain. Of course, I could always play Special Agent Lucas DeMulder. He's a hit with the ladies. I'll have to think about it for a while.
I caught a small bit of someone else's good news tonight. Amber has received her acceptance for internship in Alaska. She'll probably be going first thing in January. Man, why would you go to Alaska in January? Speaking of January, my 24th Birthday is on the 7th. That's right folks. I don't think I'll do the bar thing like last year. I think we'll throw some big ass parties. The weekend before just happens to be oldman72's big bash(as well as new years). So tell your friends. Jan. 7th I'm gonna drink a few beers and celebrate my general existence with as many of my friends as can be here.
