Aww. Sounds like it was wonderful! If only we could just pop down for a visit and chat :) I'm so glad you got to go out and chat to people too!

Hello I love you wont you tell me your name?

Thanks for your comment! Didn't really warrant a response I guess, except to say that I wish you could too, but I hope you're having a good weekend. How did the sewing go?

Open air evangelism is amazing, isn't it? Takes me WAY out of my comfort zone every time, but I love it. I did a bit of it in Australia when I was there in 2000 and 2002. =o)

Glad you had a great time there!

I really enjoyed it! Certainly does take you out of your comfort zone, but it's so good.

And I'm glad you commented! My journal has enjoyed the attention ;-)

What a great wrap-up post! Even though you told me most of it on the phone, it was fun to read.

More posts, more posts!!

(okay, but no pressure)

Thanks for that little bit of history. I'm just reminded of the thing in your kitchen that says "It's better to build kids than to repair adults". That's my paraphrase. But it's interesting that while I was mostly talking to kids, you were talking to adults. The thing is many adults know they are in need, and the most memorable thing that happened on my mission was talking to a father who could hardly pay the bills, while most of our mission was focused on giving kids a biblical foundation of the faith. I'm not trying to make a point, but it's encouraging. It's also encouraging to see other people making a ministry of their own rather than doing things just because their friends are.

Sounds like you had an awesome time! I'd love to visit, but that's not really possible. Ditto for the mission trip. :P
