Valentine's Decorations

Once again, in the middle of the night, decorations begin to unfurl throughout the park. In minutes the place is awash in pink and red and white hearts, balloons, streamers, banners, cupids, flowers, lace, and all the Valentine's Day trappings.

Romance is in the air at Disneyland.

"It's all gone pink," Fay notes. "Is this another holiday, do you think, Kuro-chan?"

"Has to be." Kurogane grimaces. "This one looks even worse than the last one." Not that the Christmas thing had actually turned out badly. Not at all, really.

"It's a tiny bit tacky," Fay agrees. He smiles at Kurogane and wraps his arms around the other's waist. "Think we should celebrate it?" the mage asks.

[vowtoprotect]

"We don't even know what it is," he points out, not making any move to pry Fay off.

[whistlingwizard]

"We didn't really know what Christmas was," Fay points out, "and we celebrated that. Two times. Four, if oral counts."

[vowtoprotect]

"If that's what your idea of celebrating is, we'd probably be doing that anyway. And at least we knew what the hell that Christmas thing was called first." And a little bit about it, enough to make what they didn't know unimportant and what they did very important indeed.

[whistlingwizard]

"We could always name this one ourselves," Fay says, not to be deterred. "Or ask Mokona. All the pink and red and white makes me think it's probably something girly. Chii might like it." All the hearts give Fay the impression it's got something to do with love, or at least lots of affection. Yes, Chii will probably like this: she's such a romantic.

Fay smiles. She's just like her mother.
