Walking up him, the human said with some concern, "Are you okay? What's happening?"

It seemed, though, that this plan, too, was doomed. He'd only just begun the morph when this other human had appeared--he looked like a human, at least; Ax was beginning to think that might not be such a wise assumption to make, anymore.
He didn't have any chance of finishing the human morph without arousing serious suspicion, so he gave up, reversing the morph and leaping behind a bush a few steps away before yelling back in thought-speak,

The question was, would it help him any to morph to human at this point? Probably not. It would only further his loss of a disguise, assuming he was going to have to pass as human while he waws here. Maybe the best thing would be to just talk to this human as an Andalite.
Ax said again, stepping out and eyeing the human nervously.
