She hadn't really seen Leon since the whole police force debacle, and while she wasn't really avoiding him on account of it, she did feel a trifle awkward about the whole affair. Not to mention the fact that she had plenty of other things to think about after all that.
She'd heard the splash as Leon dove in, but being absorbed in her book, didn't give it much of a second thought.
