If you'd been around a few millennia ago to ask Psyche's sisters about her most annoying qualities, somewhere on the list would definitely have been the solemn, repentant way the girl owned up to anything she thought was her fault, ruining your best efforts at telling her off. What made this several times worse, they would have explained, was that it would nearly always turn out that the trouble (tangled threads in a tapestry, tongue-tied ambassadors, wrathful goddesses) wasn't really started by Psyche. Not on purpose, anyway. Not in a way she could help.

For example, today all she was doing was making her way back to Fantasyland after one of her periodic chatty lunches with Susan, humming under her breath as she walked. Limitless undying love which shines around me like a million suns... She certainly didn't have it in mind to be temporally or philosophically confusing to any wandering Time Lords.
