Did you miss me?!
Back from the beach I am - I am! And I had a GREAT time!
Leif's friend Joe came with us. And in the beginning of the whole vacation there was this big thing.. >_< The gist of it is that my family was going to stay with Bronwen's family for a week in a beach house. But when we asked if Joe could come there was this whole mix up.. We heard a "Yes" so he went and bought his plane ticket (he is from Wisconsin) but then a few days later they didn't want him staying in the house. So Half my family was going to go camping with Joe and just come visit us at the house once in a while.... eh.. it gets all weird. I don't want to go into detail now.. you can ask me about it if you want to know the story. Anyhoo, we wanted to be with our family and that wasn't going to happen if we stayed at the house so we went camping too. And had fun!
The first night there Joe had my whole family singing at the table! It was so funny. We would go around taking turns singing a line from a song that you never hear anymore and most of the time everyone else would join in ^^ Hahaha, fun fun time.
The weather was wonderful, I think. Although it rained a few times, and there was talk of an evacuation from Hurricane Francis.
I got bad sunburn on my back about halfway through the week, and now I am suffering from the sunburn on my belly and legs. Heh... I used tan amplifier because I was so white... lol. Oh well. Once the red is gone I will have a tan!! Oh - and my hair is really blonde! I'm so happy. And it is shorter too. Hannah cut it before we left. It's shorter than I wanted at first, but I kinda like it now.
We got home late last night.. well not too late; around 12:30.. but I was used to going to bed around 9:30-10:00 all week (I'm not a dork, we just get tired after the sun goes down and there is nothing to do) And Joe left this morning. :( It's sad. I like him. He's a great guy.
So anyway. I'm back - and ready to see all you wonderful people at school! It's going to be a great year!!!!
