Double Trouble!
My latest commission is completed. Two pictures of the same dog, a cute little spaniel called Chester.
The reason for the two pictures is that my client, Rex, wants one as a Christmas gift for his daughter and the other as a Christmas gift for his wife.
I asked him if he would mind if I did two different portraits, rather than reproduce the same one. I absolutely HATE drawing the same picture twice. Luckily Rex was happy for me to do exactly what I thought best. So I chose two reference pictures which were similar, but not exactly the same.
And here's the outcome ...
These two portraits are now all framed up and will be going to their new owner next weekend!
