"Come on Dean, you can do better than that."
"Bite me, Sam. I'm freaking trying. This was your stupid idea."
"Come on Dean, give it everything you've got."
"Give me a minute Sam, gotta get my breath back."
"Dean, this is pathetic."
"Gaaaahhh…nnnnnggggg….uuuuuuuuuuuggghhhhh….GAH! I did it, Sam, I did it!"
"Well done Dean."
"Well you could look a bit more excited for me, dude - I've worked hard for this."
"Dean, that's one sit up - the exercise program says you've gotta do twelve. Your core's in such bad shape, how are you even still upright?"
