We thought up a few more ideas on the bus. They're pretty frivolous.
- Eating utensils (the origin of the spork, or maybe the introduction of chopsticks in Western culture... blah blah blah)
- Ugg boots ('ancestors', origin and spread)
- Lecture recordings (ibid)
- Pets (ibid)
- ... Manga? (ibid)
- Contact lenses (ibid, but kind of boring in an obvious way)
- Second Life & others (ibid, but not really interesting to us)
- The rise of the nerdy character in TV shows
- Short hair
- The use of grass
