Pretty good so far, been at it for about 10 days so it's still very early days yet, but none of the energy slumps or cravings I normally associate with low carb diets. I've possibly lost a kilo or so, but it's hard to tell without a longer-term trend. Currently at about 92-93, aiming for 80 and looking fit. Should be able to manage it with my current lean mass once I've gotten the body fat levels under control.

I'm following the Primal Blueprint book in terms of do's and don't's, if that gives you any context, I saw you mention his fitness program as something you're following but didn't know if you had read the book too. I like his approach, makes a lot of sense, control the spice insulin spikes, control the universe body fat.
