I've been off sick from work since Thursday afternoon, fever and flu symptoms then diarrhea started on Saturday night. Didn't eaten anything from Saturday night until yesterday when I started-back on rice and porridge. I'm slowly on the mend, fever broke last night, shits are gradually stopping.
And then just now I started reading
this thread on Reddit. I think I'm going to have to give my gut flora at least a few weeks to bounce-back before trying the pepperoni, jalapeno and pineapple recipe, but my god it sounds good, I can almost taste it.
