Blimps and keys.
I'm probably going to make an entry about my weekend at some point here, but for now, I've got a couple of silly things to post about. First of all, I think this is awesome: personalblimp.com. It's a blimp that's filled with hot air like a balloon, instead of helium or such like a more traditional blimp. The awesome factor? The use of hot air makes up and down maneuverability much easier, but because they're using blimp styling for the airship, they get better maneuverability for turning. The prototype they have looks awesome too. ^_^
The other thing... yeah, I was so tired yesterday that I managed to forget my keys in the lock on my door yesterday when I got home. Shiny. Luckily my door's not easily visible from the street, so no one noticed between when I got home yesterday afternoon and when I was informed of having left them there just now by my mom's boyfriend. This is the second time I've done it, actually. Last time, my mom noticed it and brought 'em in for me, only to tell me about it later so we didn't have to worry her boyfriend. Meh. Both times I've done it, I've been somewhat tired and had my hands full, as the lock on my door is a little odd and requires me to go at it two handed if I want to be able to open it and get the key out. I think in both cases I was intending to pull the key out after I'd put my stuff down, but I ended up closing the door against the cold with my hip before I'd put stuff down.
