Yay for Sirius
So, now that I'm a stock person for the evil Radio Scrap, I can spend time hiding in the back room. So when my manager isn't in the store doing the same, I can make use of my web based Sirius streaming feature of my account. Yay! Also, I can play with the LJ while I work, if I'm doing something that I can sit through. Right now I'm gutting empty boxes of their manuals, accessories and other important bits, and putting them into big envolopes with the stock number for the item these things go with on the outside. This frees up much needed space in the backroom, as some of these boxes are quite large, and have little more than a user manual in them. Woo. Once that's done, I get to clean up the mess the back room is. Fun, yes? At least I don't have to deal with stupid customers anymore. I do get annoyed listening to my coworkers help people and catching them making stupid mistakes. Meh. Not my job to fix it, sooner or later my manager will realize what's wrong with the store, or he'll get promoted totally oblivious and leave behind a demoralized mess in the store. Either way, it's not my job to fix it. It's hard to remember that some times. Meh.
