Number Stations.
The stupidest things amuse me, and they always amuse me way after everyone else has been amused by them. I caught a headline on /, reading " Numbers Stations Move From Shortwave To VoIP" and clicked on it. I actually read all of the articles linked, and I even added a syndication feed for one of the sites that was linked. My manager at work plays with scanners and shortwave, so I might pick his brain about number stations, just because I'm curious. Knowing me, though, I'll forget about this all in short order and move onto the next shiny bauble. But for the moment, this amuses me.
p.s. it should be noted, I'm now curious about the songs mentioned in the popular culture section of the Numbers station wiki entry.
