Explanation, please?
Why is it that people can write me off with no explanation necessary? How would they like it if it happened to them? So why is it even remotely fair?
It still hurts that I haven't seen Greg, or had a decent conversation with him, in two and one half months. How long does it have to be? How long does one hold a grudge? I don't understand it. I don't get what I did so wrong.
I'm having a really hard time with people these days. I was going to get into it, but now I'm not sure what the point is. It's depressing, but hey, gotta roll with the punches somehow.
I did want to quote something I thought was interesting, from watching the Golden Girls:
[Dorothy is giving the eulogy at her brother's funeral] "I'm mad because he didn't have the wisdom to know that family members (and in my opinion friends) shouldn't allow themselves to grow apart, because when this day comes (such as tragedy), they can no longer tell each other how much they care." So true. It'd be nice if people could swallow their pride and work things out.
