Something Meaningful
At our schools my supervisor and I are currently stressing stressing stressing about getting all the assessments and reports and meetings finalised for those students who are applying for funding for next year (Funding for Students with Disabilities through the Department of Education). Then we found out that the speech pathologist we work with gave birth that morning. At 25 weeks gestation :-(. She went into natural labour, and her waters broke, so there was nothing the doctors could do but deliver her :-(. So far mum and bub are doing ok, but it's very early days still. We all know how easily things can go wrong, particularly with a premmie.
