I normally draw on the whiteboard when i am bored in a conf call. That is when I am in a good mood. Else I just ask people on the conf: "Is there anything that you need to know about my work?". If the answer is "no" or indecisive (which is the case most of the time) I reply back that I am leaving to finish off work.

I remember a time not so long ago when you'd be on a conf call and be chatting with me if u were bored :) How I miss those days :(
