anyone know how to MAKE pleats?
as in a pleated skrit?

Other than that, I folded the material & held it all in place with mini-safety pins before I sewed it :)

sew it at the top in the form of pleat you want and then iron it to stay the way you want it to i think... maybe? (dont blame me if it doesnt work)

If you are using polyester, ironing the pleats alone should keep them in shape for good, there's no need to sew them.
