Today I ran a few errands, returning shoes I've bought recently and exchanging them for the right size. You'd think that when I am buying my own shoes that I would notice that they weren't the right size, but no. I suppose that's due to the hurry that I was in during both purchases. Oh well- I have the right sizes now in my plain black thongs (yay! welcome back, my most commonly worn shoes) and the super-cute little black party heels. See what I mean? VERY girly behavior. You don't want to know about my shoes. I'll be moving along now...
After the shoe escapade, I went out to Emerson's to hang with him and Chris. We watched Rocky, which I had never seen in its entirity before, and (gasp!) really enjoyed it. Who knew it had a little romance in it? Lol...then my dad called and wanted me to go see "The Terminal" with him, so I went and brought Chris. I invited Emmy, but he said he'd rather stay home. It was cool, because Chris and I actuallygot a chance to talk for the first time (without anyone else around) on the ride over there. Great conversation. He's a really cool guy. My dad was so cute when I came home later. To quote, he said, "VERY cute boy you brought today. He's quiet, but seems like a very nice guy." So cool to have my dad's apporval. If anything continues with Chris, that will be really cool. I'm starting to like him more and more. He certainly grows on you.
Skyler called, and he and I planned our rowing date- it's going to be at 5:00 am Thrusday morning. Give me props for hauling this poor guy out of bed at the butt-crack of dawn. Actually, for the record, he's pulling my poor ass out of bed. He chose the morning row rather than 6:00 pm. I'm lookign forward to it. It should be fun. I hope this warm weather holds up.
Mike called, and we talked for over an hour. I miss that boy. I'm totally pissed that he isn't returning to WSU. He's going to come visit me sometiem this summer, and I might go out to Priest Lake where he lives a few days before I have to report to Pullman, aind then drive from there to Pullman. I really want to visit, and he's been begging me to spend some time out there. his family literally lives righ ton the lake, and they have a boat and wakeboards and jet skis and just got a big party barge that they're decoratign with this tiki theme...it just sounds like something out of a movie. Or an MTV Real World house. Lol...
My sister put my hair in curlers tonight. I'll take them out tomorrow when they're dry, and we'll see how it looks. I'm seriously considering getting it permed. I want something different, and I've spent so much time growing it out, I'm hesistant to chop it off, even though cutting off large amounts of hair sort of gives me a rush. Is that weird? maybe, but it's true.
Goodnight.
