Hopefully everyone had a safe and wonderful holiday.
I ended up with a few uninvited guests, but no unwelcome dogs this year. We ended up with 31 people on Christmas Eve, but no fights broke out, and no one was burnt or maimed, so I'll call it a success. With my family, you just never know. Everyone finally left around 8, so I enjoyed the rest of the evening snuggled up on the couch watching The Vicar of Dibley, while the hubby played Skyrim.
The kids woke us at 8am *groans* and we exchanged gifts. My hubby got me a Ipad, and a farting hippo (Abbey's farting hippo from NCIS). So now I can use my Ipad to facetime, and blame all the farting noises on the hippo. After the kids were finished complaining, I went back to bed until it was time to eat lunch with my parents. Then I spend the rest of the day with my pants unbuttoned wondering why I ate so damn much. I hope I never see another ham or turkey ever again!
I'm sad that this Christmas season went by so fast, but kind of glad too. After Christmas means time to start planning for con season *squees*

My tree made it through without being destroyed by Yum Yum this year. I put a huge nail in the wall and
tied the tree to it with fishing line.
It's all beautiful til the day after Christmas. Then I realize I have to put all that shit back in the attic.
Even Eric's deer got the Christmas treatment.
Remember Hayley was only 14 when she was with me at Azkatraz. She grew up! She'll graduate this year :(
Laney, my baby is 12 and no longer believes in Santa. When she didn't want to put cookies out this year

Yum Yum thought they were for him, he had a great time knocking them down everyday. He would pull some
down with his teeth and the others got the paws. Some of my precious cards have teeth marks now :(
I want to thank everyone for all the wonderful cards! I'm afraid I'll leave someone out by naming you all individually. I loved each and everyone of them. Hopefully everyone has gotten my card by now, I know Sonia hasn't gotten hers yet but she lives in ass backwards Australia.
