I was digging through old email and ran across this little ditty I wrote for the bride at the Roatan wedding a few years ago:
You're about to embark on wedded bliss,
Your vows will soon be sealed with a kiss,
But the key to a long and happy life,
When living together as husband and wife,
Is not so much to love, honor, or obey,
but to always meet each other halfway.
I still believe it to be true, and I'm impressed with myself for writing it! Hehehe.
The four day weekend coming up is only partially filled with plans. Hooray! I'm ready to take it easy for a few days, maybe do some errands and socializing, but mostly vegging and playing WoW.
Sunday evening we are seeing Corteo with Ryan's Mom, and we'll do some kind of Christmas meal with her on the 25th. Then it's a short work week followed by another four day weekend. I love the holidays.
