Sleepy and Old Tapes
I've been overly tired lately and caffeine almost seems to make it worse at times. Weird.
Anyway, I've been going through some old audio cassettes that I found in an old box from storage and have TOTALLY enjoyed it! I miss mix tapes. Some of what I have found are old mix tapes from friends, tapes from friends' Internet broadcasts, tapes from old college radio broadcasts, old home-grown bands from "back in the day", and even some old tapes that my brother and I had made when young kids. It has been fun. I'm still looking for one tape in particular "from back in the day" that has music made by a friend who passed away earlier this year. I'm really sad that I haven't found it yet (finding it was what spurred this going through things)...I am guessing it is in another box. I will keep looking because I know all of his other friends would love to hear it.
