The greatest threat facing our modern society is not terrorism, war, or communists. No, it is something far more insidious, and something that has plagued our great nation for even longer - drugs. Drugs come in many forms: uppers, downers, sliders, lefters, righters; but no matter what direction they attack the man foolish enough to take them, theyre deadly and will turn the user into a zombie before a voodoo priest can even get his hands on him. The three most popular drugs these days are: acid, ecstasy, and the most dangerous of them all, robotussin.
Acid is popular because it makes one see things that arent there; the tripper thinks that pink elephants are attacking or that his hands are melting away. It goes without saying that hallucinations are dangerous and not fun at all. A tripper might even murder his own best friend because lucy made him think that the friend was a chest-burster alien. Hows that for a "trip"? Another danger that comes from acid is that who knows what it actually is? Most acid isn't acid at all but instead strychnine mixed with rat poison. Other times the killer blotter one bought might just be a benign postage stamp, which can be a big problem for those of us who are allergic to glue. "Good acid" is usually just code for battery acid. Dealers are untrustworthy; they are known to hand-out temporary tattoos laced with acid to unsuspecting kids in order to get them addicted. When you play with acid, you just get burned. Some say that ecstasy is a safe, fun, alternative to acid.
