Things I Learned When the Power Was Out

1. I do not have enough candles. To rectify this, I bought more today at a sale.
2. I hate being cold as much I as thought I would.
3. Nothing is worse than being cold and in the dark, except perhaps being cold and in the dark alone. I was very glad my mother ended up getting stuck with me.
4. Thank heavens for cell phones allowing me to keep touch with everyone before the battery died.
