As expected, the presentations were pretty boring, but they were nice, brief, and to the point. Through those presentations, I discovered I was making my assignment too difficult. Now I just need to finish putting it together and I should be well on my way.
My first complaint letter went over pretty well. I got to vent *and* I got something accomplished. What more could I ask for?
