Fittingly enough, I find I am much better able to tackle my miles of quotes when the battle music to Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is playing.
I think it might be due to my sudden resurgence of love for the series, brought on by sitting down and actually playing that rom of Rekka no Ken that's been sitting on my computer since March. I think I'm less likely to think of Roy as a gremlin now that I know who his dad is. Because Eliwood is anything but a gremlin. Hector, on the other hand...
No, Hector is awesome. He and my other Axe guys are all awesome. And Dorcas took down a boss ten levels higher than him without taking a single point of damage. Also, I really love Erk, probably because his whole demeanor is vaguely reminiscent of Soren. Fire Emblem is also great for producing effective female leaders. Lyn is no Titania, but she's still awesome.
ANYWAY. Back to work and thinking about packing.
