Juliet realizes at about the moment her hand touches his arm that she might actually be interested in more than a drink and some conversation. And that realization is more than a touch surprising. It's not that he isn't a handsome man, it's more that she hasn't simply been herself in so long she'd nearly forgotten what it was like.
"I take it you have somewhere in mind? And I promise to go easy on us both," she adds with a smile.
