How many times would you let your heat break down on you in the winter before you'd enact the tenant act?
4, 5, 6, 7 times?
My heat has been broken 7 times (including presently) and I'm getting really tired of sleeping in the cold. I know it's not that cold anymore, but this is still ridiculous.
Anyway, the tenant act says I can get a hotel room and bill my landlady..
Should I do it??
Suggestions?
