1. I love the smell of wine. I always have, it reminds me of simpler time. There are many nights when I will open a bottle of fine French wine and pour a glass just to leave it sitting somewhere where I can pass by it and inhale that sweet scent.
2. I’m obsessive about music. Does that come as a surprise? I often carry a bow in my back pocket despite the fact that it looks very strange. There are many nights where I will compose and play from dusk until dawn without stopping for any reason whatsoever. If the rising sun did not force the music to come to and end, I would most likely play myself into a fiery oblivion.
3. I talk to my beta fish, Antonio. I tell him everything and anything. Secrets I share with no one else. Fortunately, he doesn’t answer. If he ever does, I know I have truly lost my mind.
4. I write notes on my hands about virtually anything. I once scribbled an entire sonata on my left hand and most of my arm as well when I couldn’t find a sheet of paper quickly enough. There is almost always ink somewhere on my hands.
5. I am an avid cataphile. I suppose that could be defined as a small group of individuals who enjoy illegally exploring the Parisian Catacombs. If you don’t know what the Catacombs are, Google, mes amis... you’ll be glad you did. Oui, I spend an inordinate amount of time in a vast, subterranean burial ground/tunnel system. I have never once claimed to be "normal", have I?
