But I'm curious. For those of us without any secrets to reveal, how can we tell if we're affected by it? There may be much more to it than just shaming us, so it's probably best not to ignore it just because nothing's happening to us right now.

I-It's not easy. I've got plenty of things that I didn't want to tell people, and the next thing I know I-I'm saying them. Like suddenly you need to, to feel better. Instead I just feel a-a lot worse.
