Last night went well. After everything that's been going on it was rather nice to forget and unwind at the bar with a friend. A couple of drinks, some small talk... if it wasn't for the rabble of girls that kept visiting our table I think the night would have been a complete success.
I have the weekend off. I'm not sure what I'll do with it, though.

So last night Aizen, Naraku, and a couple of others met up at Absinthe. I was there, like I said I would be, and as I promised I didn't do anything stupid. It wasn't easy to uphold conversation all night long and keep one ear pinned to them... especially with all the interruptions... but I was able to get in close enough by paying people off. Due to that, well, I did overhear them a little. Maybe you can make more of it than I can since I'm technically just the messenger.
Also, Officer Hughes? Like I said, I'm going to check up on the suspect we have for that break-in. The tattoo parlor that he runs will hopefully have some clues, so I'm going in for a not-consultation (because the jackass refuses to have a real consultation with me) and to check out some of his work. If you have any questions you think I should ask him that wouldn't be too telling, I'm all ears.
Also, just curious... What's the policy on tattoos in the SFPD? Or is there one?
