Chris couldn't breathe. The constant humming of energy balls cut off as Wyatt froze in tandem with his brother. They were both too shocked to react for one monumentally tense moment. Wyatt hadn't heard that voice in seven years. Chris couldn't believe he was hearing it now - what was she doing here?!
"Hey, someone answer me!"
Another energy ball formed-Chris could hear it-but the inevitable crash already a distant tune as he orbed downstairs, grabbed Piper's arm ("No time to explain, we have to go, Piper") and orbed out once again. He couldn't sense the other sisters there with her, which was either better or worse and he couldn't decide, but it made his job of running away much easier ( ... )

She didn't recognise the greenhouse, or what was left of it, but she saw a wall and leaned against it as quickly as she could once the orbing has stopped. She still wasn't completely used to orbing, nor doing it so spontaneously, and felt her head was spinning from the travel.
Piper frowned, gathering some balance as the spinning began to slow down. "Who the hell are you?" Her hands were still planted firmly on whatever she could feel behind her as she tried to push away the feeling of lightheadedness and death glare him into some admission.

Something was wrong.
Slowly, carefully, trying to keep the dread out of his voice, he said, "I'm Chris, Piper. Your Whitelighter...?"
Adrenaline was leaving him and already he was beginning to feel a hollow lack of energy in his bones. Too much. Too much loss and change and hope and heartbreak. Now this? He picked up a hand to place it against his forehead-and stopped when he realized that the spell was still crinkled inside his tightly-closed fist. With a quiet exhale, he lowered the hand.
Too much.

She finally pushed herself away from the wall and crossed her arms over her chest. She wasn't quite sure whether her powers were back from the Hollow, nor did she want to blow up the only way back to the Manor. "I'll give you an easy one. Where are we and why did you orb me out of my own house?" A beat passed. "Where's Leo?" If they've been given a new Whitelighter after everything they've done in the past twenty-four hours, she'll lose it.
