This is what I'm supposed to believe. We're all torn out of our worlds and brought to this cruise ship. Where people don't stay dead, turn into children for no reason, and randomly lose memory of ever being here.
Bullshit. I'm not about to trust this 'Alice in Wonderland' fuck up.
[But, curiosity killed the cat and he'll bite.] ... Supposedly I'

But Gertie is concerned. So she'll go roaming around, too, until she finds some angry kid that almost sounds and looks like what she's pictured. That's the least she could do for Keats' being nice.]

He becomes just lost enough in his own thoughts to round a corner without paying attention. Then pauses to look over an unfamiliar figure. A young girl. She seems... focused. Is she looking for him? Or someone else? He tries English first, out of habit of course.]
Are you trying to find something? Or did you just appear here?

Hurt? [Gertie will gesture out to her arms, as if asking if he was hurt anywhere. She'll even point at him, too.]

...elicited a smile like that?]
Hurt...? [He's a little startled, but he gets her meaning.] I'm not injured. Why do you ask?

..Mad? [It's followed by another gesture, one in which her hands point to her chin, then to him.]

[There's something unsettling about her accent too. Familiar. He can't place it for a moment... but then it clicks. It's been years since Lionel spoke English with that accent. He switches to German. He speaks it a bit easier than his older self did.]
Is this your language? ... [He narrows his eyes.] If you understand me, do you know someone called 'Lionel?'

Yes, yes! Uhm. No Lionel, I ..do not know anyone by that name. Are you alright, though? You sounded upset, hurt. Angry.

You're lucky if you never meet him. [He blinks... what is she talking about. Unless... He digs the strange piece of tech out of his pocket.]
You heard me on this?

[While she stands Gertie traces her back pocket, before pulling out her own. A little shake of the radio until Gertie pushes it back into her pocket. Although she seems oblivious to the glare, Gertie has taken a fine notice to it. She's not surprised, considering most of the population has lost their memories, too.]
Like in the military.

[He stumbles over the word somewhat. It's not one he knows... considering the ruin of technology on his own world. However, he can just accept it as the name of his little device. It's better than calling it a phone.]
Where I come from, the 'military,' doesn't have radios anymore. You must not be from my world.
[His tense posture relaxes only slightly. Not that he's entirely convinced (of her or the world,) but if he did suspect a connection to Lionel, he might have to get further information out of her somehow.]

[Instantly Gertie starts to laugh. He's so weird, but her act is a little..faulty. Gertie's always dreamed of them, and a lot of things on this boat don't add up. How she got here in the first place, how her sister got here,..There's no way it could just be the 'German's. Let alone not many people speak German.]
