Kurata had sent a message to his newest plaything. The message had been to come alone to an abandoned warehouse in Neon City, at the address he'd provided, or else another digimon would end up being the victim of his indiscretion.
Kurata himself was not at the warehouse, but he'd set it up so that he could broadcast and monitor what was going on. And then there was the surprise he had waiting...
And so, the demented scientist waited, hidden anonymously behind his levels of smoke and mirrors, waiting for Philip and his digimon partner to show up at the large empty building, waiting by watching the video feed of the warehouse and casually eating a cup of ramen.
